This is completely normal and your nerves will soon fade away. My sessions are relaxed and fun with the aim to have you feeling like you can just be yourself. I am so focused on the lighting, the camera and creating the images of your dreams that I get into a zone of creating magic and so do you!

Yes absolutely, I will guide through poses and angles that are flattering. We will also capture natural moments and candid shots as they happen. The most important thing I am focusing on is making you feel comfortable so that your photos look amazing! I will guide you where to stand and move, where to look, what angles are best etc.

Prior to your photoshoot I will send you a preparation and clothing guide. Earthy tones work well against the backdrops that we will be shooting against so think whites, blacks, greens, browns, rust etc. It is best to keep clothing simple and patterns to a minimum.

Living in Wellington, we have to accept that the weather may not be ideal. However it is what it is and your photos will be beautiful regardless. I won't cancel your photoshoot if it is mildly drizzling, windy or overcast. We will work with what we have unless it is really raining down and unsuitable, then we can reschedule to a later date. I will keep an eye on the weather in the week leading up to your photoshoot and if there's a high chance of rain then I'll be in touch to make a plan B. I actually do love shooting in Autumn and Winter, the lighting and muted tones make for beautiful photos and I always have a warm robe on hand for in between takes.

Only with your permission! Photography is my art and I would love to share a small selection of your photos on my Instagram and/or website gallery but I completely understand and respect if you would rather kept them private. I will always ask before sharing any photos from our session.

Occasionally yes, I do like to travel and plan to release limited photoshoots in other locations. Sign up to my newsletter or follow me on Instagram for photography offerings in other locations.

You will be emailed a link to a full gallery of edited photos which you are able to download and keep forever.

Yes I will be offering mini sessions every now and then as a special limited offer. Keep an eye on my Instagram or sign up to my newsletter for mini session releases.

Send me a message through my contact and bookings page or DM via Instagram and we will agree on a date for your photoshoot. I will confirm your photoshoot booking via email and you will then be required to pay a non refundable deposit to secure your booking within 24 hours. I will then send you a standard contract along with some helpful tips and style guide for your photoshoot. You are always most welcome to contact me and I will be in touch with a reminder prior to your photoshoot.
